Me
I am Oriol, a predoctoral researcher in quantum machine learning. My research focuses on the scalability of generative quantum models for noisy intermediate-scale quantum (NISQ) hardware and beyond.
I studied Computer Science at the Universitat de Girona and Complex Systems Modeling at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
Experience
Visiting Researcher

Predoctoral Researcher
Industrial PhD between Eurecat and the QML-CVC group at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, working on scalable generative models for near-term quantum computers.
Research Intern
Worked on variational quantum algorithms and quantum architecture search for computer vision, particularly satellite image classification.
